Ambassadors

When a new student arrives at ISD, he or she is greeted by a student ambassador who has volunteered and has been especially trained to help out during the first days at school.

Sometimes the counselor can put a new student in touch with his or her ambassador when the student has been accepted but before he or she has physically arrived at ISD.
